DER WEG

 

Die Praxis liegt in Neuhausen, Münchens Westen zwischen Innenstadt und Nymphenburg, gut angebunden an S- und U-Bahn (U-Bahnschacht direkt vorm Haus) und dem Inneren Radlring, über dem dm-Markt. Im Haus Nymphenburger Straße 81 finden Sie mich mit Treppe oder Fahrstuhl in der 2. Etage links am Ende des Flures.

 

U-Bahn: direkt vor der Tür U1/7 Maillingerstr., Ausstieg Richtung Herzzentrum.

S-Bahn: (Hackerbrücke oder Donnersbergerbrücke) mit 10 min. Fußweg

Rad: separate Fahrradständer vor dem Haus rechts

Auto: während der Konsultation können Sie auf dem dm-Parkplatz parken

Taxi: gegenüber der Praxis ist ein Taxistand

 

THE WAY

The practice is located in the district of Neuhausen, West-Munich between the city centre and Nymphenburg. It has excellent transport connections to U- and S-Bahn with the U-Bahn exit right outside the entrance of the practice. It is also right on the Inner Cyclist Ring; in case you would like to bike here. I am situated in the house of Nymphenburger Str. 81. Simply take the staircase or lift up to the second floor. I am on the far end of the left hallway.
U-Bahn: right outside, on the doorstep. U1/7, the stop is called Maillingerstr. Use the exit pointing to “Herzzentrum”.
S-Bahn: 10 minutes by foot, get of at Hackerbrücke or Donnersbergerbrücke
Bike: There are several bicycle parking racks outside the practice, to the right
Car: During the consultation, feel free to use the dm parking lots
Taxi: There is a taxi stand directly opposite

Cichorium intybus trägt das Blau des Himmelszelt in seiner sanften feinen Blüte, die sich morgens mit dem Abperlen des Taues frischgeboren für diesen einen Tag bereit macht und am Abend mit dem Untergang der Sonne verwelkt am Stengel hängt. Gegen Nachmittag schließt sich die Blüte (Linné lass an ihr die Zeit ab) und schenkt sich diesem Tag. Damit ehrt diese Pflanze, die Inhalt von Märchen, Mythen und Gedichten ist, den Augenblick. Sie steht für das Hier und Jetzt, trennt uns vom Hadern mit dem Gewesenen und verabschiedet das Vorausplanen der Zukunft. Diese Leichtigkeit des Jetzt ist dabei auch spielerisch tiefernst, da in dieser Stille und Zeitlosigkeit immer unser ursprünglicher Auftrag auftauchen kann. Die Wegwarte öffnet für uns jeden Morgen von neuem eine Tür, die uns aus dem Zeitenstrom hinaus zu uns selbst, in unserer Treue und Bestimmung führt. Als Bachblüte üben wir mit ihr selbstlos ohne Einmischung (und auch da geht es um die die fehlende Determinierung des Gestern und Morgens) im Leben stehen zu können und genau damit öffnet das Glück wieder die Tür. Tatsächlich öffnet diese Blüte die Glückstür, da in ihr natürliches Chrom entdeckt wurde, welches in der Versorgung mit dem Glückshormon Serotonin eine wichtige Rolle spielt. Blueweed (Blue Sailors) Cichorium intybus carries the blue skies in its fine and tender blossoms. Getting ready for the day by dripping the dew off early in the morning, they are just hanging by stem by sundown, wilted. The blueweed opens a door for us every consecutive morning, leading us away from the stream of time, to us, our fidelity and our calling. As part of the Bach flowers, we practice presenting ourselves to life, selflessly and without meddling, again without determining yesterday and tomorrow, and it is precisely that way that luck and happiness opens another door for you. In fact, it is the blossom that opens said door of happiness, as they have found natural chrome inside blueweeds which plays a significant role in our metabolism by producing the hormone of happiness, Serotonin.
